Celebrating 1 year in Business! & Another Giveaway!

I am so excited! I have been in business for 1 year & I have grown so much! Thank you to all my loyal customers who have made it possible!

During the past year, I have added several new products & have perfected many of them. In my personal life I have changed a few things & it has opened a whole new world to me. There are many, many great things out there for cloth diapering moms & babes that I never would have found!

So to celebrate my 1 yr anniversary, I am adding new products!

Wetbags are great- they have a double purpose- If you use cloth diapers, they hold the dirties, & if you don’t , they can serve to hold wet clothes from swimming, leaking diapers or hold dirty clothes! My wetbags are made from 1mil PUL- PolyUrethane Laminate, a waterproof material, sewn separately from the outside which is made from super cute cotton print fabric. By sewing them separate, this prevents wicking of the moisture. Each bag is closed with a durable zipper to keep the smells in! They can have a snapping handle or a permanent loop.

Wetbags come in 5 different sizes- *PPD Means Postage Paid or shipping included*
XS: holds 1-2 diaps- 9ppd
Small: holds 3-5 diaps- 11ppd
Medium: holds 6-8 diaps- 14ppd
Large: holds 12-18diaps- 18ppd
XL: holds 15-25 diaps- 22ppd

I can also make a double zippered pouch to hold mama cloths for 12ppd
Reusable snack baggies 6x6 for 5ppd each or 2 for 8ppd

I have also be able to make baby leg warmers, Bug Legs, which can be used under pants to prevent gapping & wind getting to the baby, with just a diaper for quicker diaper changes or under a skirt for added cuteness!
6ppd for one pair, take 50cents off for each additional pair, buy 5 or more pair for 4ppd each.

The last thing I have discovered is the fleece shortie/longies/soakers. These are a life saver in my house. Fleece is a natural repeller of moisture. So how these great things work is that they keep the moisture from leaking out onto sheets, blankets & even pajamas. I use them every night with my boys. They are made to your child’s measurements for the perfect fit!

I am also branching out from customs & starting to keep some items in stock. I am part of a couple groups of great ladies on Hyena Cart & am pleased to announce our grand openings!

Simply Serendipity Congo is having their grand opening stocking on May 22nd at 10am PST.
Breath Of Fresh Air Congo is having their Grand Opening Stocking June 5th.

Stay tuned for Details as the dates get closer!

To celebrate the upcoming year:

I am giving away a pair of soakers in any size you want! One lucky reader will get to have a pair all for themselves!

I am also going to giveaway a pair of Bug Legs.

One very lucky person will win a set of reusable snack baggies.

Another reader will win a med wetbag!

That's right! 4 GREAT Prizes!

  • For 1 Entry: leave me a comment about which new item is your favorite.
  • For 2 entries, become a follower (if you already follow, let me know) & let me know
  • For 3 entries, post about it on your blog. Leave your site so I can visit to check it out
  • For 4 entries, tell me about something you are doing to become more “green” (such as I use reusable grocery bags or I cloth diaper)

Contest will Run May 8th- May 20th at midnight PST
Giveaway time extended!

Thanks again for all your continued support! I want to ask you to take a minute to visit all of my sponsors. These wonderful ladies make it possible for me to continue doing what I do! Thanks again ladies!

I think the Bug Legs are adorable! I really would like to get some for my kiddo.

And I just started cloth diapering about a month ago! I also dumped paper towels recently and have been using rags to clean with. AND I no longer buy window cleaner and instead use vinegar/water. All of this since the beginning of the year. :)

Got some pretty cute stuff up! Nice fabric choices too! :-)
Hmmm...choices I'm making to become green....I cloth diaper every chance I get, I use reusable grocery bags, I try to buy organic and natural products, and I'm using more natural, less harsh chemicals around my house.
Oh, and I'm following!

I really like the fleece shorties for summer, and I am leaving a comment, and I am following you :-) and I'm posting a thing on my blog (www.themolandercirus.blogspot.com). Yes, I know that "circus" is missing a 'c', but that's how I registered it and that's how it has to stay! To be more green I'm using cloth diapers and wipes with the new baby who is due any day now, and I pack my kids lunches in Laptop Lunches. I'm on the gdiapers group with you, and I'm glad I found your site!

I love the wet bags! Those would be so great to have when swimming or in case of an emergency (such as my boy having an accident while out). And they look super cute too!

The Allen Family said...

We have started recycling seriously. My boys will even get something out of the garbage that I threw away without thinking and remind me it goes in the "other can".

I would love a mama cloth pouch. So awesome!

I reuse my grocery bags & I try not to use paper towels.

The reusable baggies would be great for my family! We use small glass jars often for snacks, but the weight adds up in the diaper bag.

Mailleraye said...

Things we do on our journey to more sustainability are: walking to the grocery store; eating whole organic foods from scratch; cloth & gDiapers; and joined a CSA (community supported ag program) where all the produce is grown in our city neighborhood!

I'm loving the Bug Legs! My little one wasn't a winter baby long enough for me to use them, but I'm hoping this next winter he'll still be able to wear them!

I cloth diaper as my way of going green. Also, in the process of making my own laundry soap in order to cut down on the extra plastic that comes along with store bought soap!

I think the reusuable snack bags are a great idea. I'm also going to blog about it on my blog: http://lifeatthelindsays.blogspot.com. I'm becoming a follower because I'm just starting to get interested in becoming "greener"...not only to save the earth but to save money...with 5 kids under 6...things are getting expensive.

Very cute things! I can't pick a favorite. Congrats on the 1 year. My hubby and I have been going greener 1 step at a time. The latest is deciding to use cloth diapers on our first child that will be born in June. We built a bike cart so we can go to the grocery store without taking the car. :) I am also going to be a follower.
Take Care.

I love the reusable wet bags. I don't use cloth diapers, but could use them for so many things, especially with swim season approaching. For going green, I started using a kitchen waste bucket with a biodegradeable bag so I can put the whole thing in the compost or yard waste bin. Cuts down on garbage!

Coralee said...

my favourite would have to be the bug legs. I am cloth diapering and using a PUL liner in my diaper genie... it's working out great! I am going to have to try some soakers for overnights... what a great product!

I reuse grocery bags...always! We don't even buy plastic big garbage bags---we deal with the small ones and it works great for us cause we don't have a smelly garbage that stays around for days until the bag is full!

I like the wet bags. I have one wet bag for cloth diapers, but it doesn't cinch well and that, in my mind, defeats a large portion of its purpose!

lil misses' mama said...

I always walk to the grocery store, library, park, and drug store!
We also cloth diaper. I just planted a lot of veggies and herbs. We use reusable grocery bags. I sew a lot of my daughter's clothes...

I am thrilled to become a follower of Babybug creations! Such cute things and so much inspiration.

My favorite new item is the wet bag...i have been in the market for one for a while (cloth diaper mama) and yours are so cute. I also love the reusable snack bags and the bug legs are adorable.

Striving to care for this earth: We are a faithful long-term recycle family, we ONLY use re-usable grocery bags, have been using ONLY cloth diapers and wipes for a year and a half and will continue with baby three on the way ( i LOVE cloth...and was very nervous about it at first but its so easy and so much better all around. would love to have a wet bag for all our outings). We don't use plastic water bottles and just switched to only glass containers for left overs (good for the earth and for us), and i am sure i could keep going...

I already have a link to your blog on my blog and have a little post too. My blog is a private one but if your interested, email me and ill put you on the list. missytillman@gmail.com and ansleysworld@blogspot.com
